流动注射梯度稀释-原子吸收光谱法间接测定异烟肼 被引量:9

摘要 本法基于在中性条件下,异烟肼与Cu2+定量形成难溶于水的配合物,经流动注射梯度稀释 AAS测定上清液中剩余的Cu2+的量间接测定异烟肼的含量。异烟肼在50~600mg L范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,R2=0 9998;采样频率120次 h,回收率为98.3%~103.2%。 A FIAAS method was developed for determination of isoniazed (INH). It was based on the reaction of INH with Cu2+ forming an insoluble complex. Gradient dilution determination of the unreacted Cu2+ in the supernatant solution by FIAAS was described. INH was quantitatively determined by using different calibration carves. The linear range of standard curve was 50~600 mg/L with a samples throughout of 120 h. RSD was 14% and the recovery was 98.3%~103.2%. This method was applied to the determination of INH in the tablets with satisfactory results.
