摘要 矿样与火试金熔剂混合,加入1mg银,高温熔融得到贵金属的铅扣,铅扣与熔渣分离后在高温灰吹得含铂和钯的银合粒。其银合粒用硝酸、王水分解,氯化镧作释放剂,在盐酸介质中,用火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定铂和钯。 Fire assaying is used in preparing a sample of dross from 10g of ore sample for FAAS analysis. The sample is mixed with the fire-assaying flux mixture and silver is added as collector for platinum and palladium. The mixture is fused at 1 000℃ for 10min. Platinum and palladium together with the silver are melted and collected in the molten lead. The separation of Pt, Pd and Ag from large amounts of lead is effected by the cupellation process in cupels. The alloyed granules containing Pt, Pd and Ag are washed with acetic acid and dissolved in aqua regia, and finally determined by FAAS in HCl medium with LaCl_3 as releasing agent. The working conditions of the instrument are described.
