摘要
后置处理技术是数控自动编程技术的一项关键技术,是CAD/CAM系统的一个重要模块.介绍了后置处理研究的起源、现状和发展动向,阐述了对主导CAD/CAM系统进行后置处理的意义,分析了后置处理发展所面临的问题,探讨了其解决途径,指出配置和开发有效的后置处理程序对解决从设计到制造过程存在的瓶颈、提高编程效率和加工的可靠性的重要意义.
Post Processing is one of the important modules in CAD/CAM system and it is the key in automatically numerical control programmed technologies.This article introduces the research source,status and development trend of Post Processing.It expatiates the significance of Post Processing development and proposes some solutions.The collocation and the development of effective Post Processing program are important to solve the bottlenecks from design to manufacturing,and to improve the program efficiency and machining reliability.
