摘要
R参数及高级编程,是数控编程技术的一项关键技术.介绍了SINUMER IK 810D系统中的R参数及高级编程在锥齿轮类零件车削编程中的应用.实际证明:采用R参数及高级编程,不仅使数控程序具有通用性、灵活性,使程序得到最大限度的简化,而且极大地提高编程效率和加工可靠性,为解决相似型零件的数控编程问题提供有益的参考依据.
R-parameter and advanced programming is the key in CNC programming technology. This article introduces the application of R-parameter and advanced programming of SINUMERIK810D system in CNC programming lathe of parts cone gear. The result shows that the R-parameter and advanced programming not only provide popularity and flexibility which can qreatly simplify the programmig, but also exceedingly improve the CNC programming and machining reliability,which provides useful reference for similar parts in CNC programming.
