摘要
整体叶轮是典型的航空航天复杂零件。为了进行整体叶轮的数控加工,用Pro/E对其进行了参数化建模。在深入分析整体叶轮加工工艺的基础上,确定了五轴数控机床加工叶轮的工艺流程。使用UG软件实现了自动编程,生成了刀路轨迹。通过后置处理生成G代码,并在实际机床上进行了加工验证。
Integral impeller is a typical complex part. In order to process integral impeller with five-axis NC machine,a parametric model for the impeller was established with Pro/E software. Based on analyzing the machining technique of integral impeller deeply,the arts and crafts of machining was confirmed with five-axis NC machine. With the help of UG software,automatic programming and tool path were carried out. G code is generated by post processing and testified with real machine.
