摘要
该文阐述了实施国家助学贷款的重要意义,分析当前国家助学贷款在执行中存在的诸多问题,从大学生、高校和银行三个不同的视角,提出新形势下稳健推进国家助学贷款工作的若干对策.
This paper assesses the significance of the implementation of government - subsidized loan policy and analyses the problems in applying for and granting the loan. The author, from the prospective of applicants, schools and banks, proposes a number of effective measures to boost the policy concerning the loan.
