摘要
国家助学贷款是国家为资助高校经济困难学生顺利完成学业而推出的重要政策 ,但在实行过程中普遍出现了助学贷款难贷的问题 ,其具体原因是多方面的。国家助学货款的顺利实施 ,需要真正调动银行、学校、学生等方面的积极性 。
The grant-in-aid government loan is an important policy for helping those financial difficult college students to finish their studies smoothly.But in practicing, it is rather difficult for the loan to be granted. There are various reasons for this problem.ln order to let the government loan be carried out smoothly, we should manoeuvre the enthusiasm of banks, schools and students, especially the inseparable cooperation of the banks and the schools.
