摘要
碱减量处理是复合超细纤维一种常用的化学剥离方法 ,其剥离机理比较复杂 ,是渗透、部分纤维表面刻蚀及涤锦两种组分在碱液中收缩不同的结果。碱液浓度、温度及处理时间直接影响绦纶碱减量。对各条件进行了实验 ,并通过正交实验得出NaOH浓度与处理时间对失重率没有显著影响。最终通过电镜照片得出桔瓣型涤 /锦复合丝碱处理最佳剥离工艺。
Alkalization process is a usual way for segmentation of the polyester/polyamide compound multi-segment fiber,and the mechanism is relatively complex.It is the result of permeation,fiber surface erosion and the difference of shrinkage in alkali solution.The concentration of alkali liquor,temperature and treating time directly influence result of segmentation for polyester/polyamide.In this paper,the effect of these parameters are experimented separately.The orthogonal experiment shows that concentration of sodium hydroxide and treating time has not obvious influence of weightlessness ratio.In the end,by electronic microscope photos,the optimal parameters for segmentation of polyester/polyamide compound multi-segment fiber are obtained.
