摘要
介绍了１６．７ｄｔｅｘ锦纶弹力丝的生产过程，从切片质量、组件、侧吹风、集束位置、上油、纺丝速度几个方面对生产工艺作了探讨。指出生产中采用纺程温度２６３℃左右，上油率控制在０．５％～０．６％，纺丝速度４５００ｍ／ｍｉｎ左右较适宜。
The whole process for 16.7dtex filament production was introduced. A superficial investigation on the different process conditions such as chip quality, spinpack, quenching air, gathering, spin finishing and spinning speed was made. The better process conditions were suggested: spinning temperature about 263℃, oil pick up in the range of 0 5%～0 6% and spinning speed about 4500m/min.
