摘要
论述了利用国产设备研制与生产ＰＥＴ／ＰＡ６超细复合纤维工艺流程特点。选择、优化了干燥、纺丝、卷绕、牵伸等工序的工艺参数。提出严格控制双组分复合纺丝温度等工艺参数是保证涤锦复合超细纤维截面形状均匀，各项经济技术质量指标优良的关键。
The process peculiarites of production of PET/PA6 conposite superfine filament are summarized,and the process parameters such as chip drying,composite spinning,winding and drawing in every steps are chosen and optimized. The results show that in order to good cross-section and quality of PET/PA6 composite superfine filament,temperature as well as other processing parameters must be controled strictly.
