摘要
采用ＣＥＬＬ—ＤＹＮ１６００型血液分析仪通过对５００例健康成人进行四小板四参数的测定，建立了血小板四参数的正常参考范围，分别为：ＰＬＴ（１９８．４±４６．９）×１０９／Ｌ、ＭＰＶ、（１０．１２±１．６３）ｆｌ，ＰＣＴ（０．１９９±０．０９５）％，ＰＤＷ（１８．１±１．９）％，测定结果符合正态分布。
Basedonourmeasurementofthefourplateletparametersof500healthyadultswithCELL-DYN1600bloodanalyzer,wehavedeterminedthenormalreferencerangeofthefourpalateletparameters,whichareasfolows:PLT:(198.4±46.9)×109/LMPV:(10.12±1.63)fl;PCT:(0.199±0.095)%;PDW(18.1±1.9)%.Themeasurementobtainediscoincidentwiththenormaldistributionandthefourparametersareapplicabletoeithersexandanygroupofage.
