摘要
目的探讨青年急性脑梗死患者血小板(PLT)参数的变化规律和临床意义。方法应用全自动血球分析仪对27例青年脑梗死患者和年龄性别相匹配的健康者血小板的参数进行检测,行病例—对照的验证性研究。结果患病组血小板分布宽度(plateletdistributionwidthPDW)、血小板平均体积(meanplateletvolumeMPV)、大血小板比率(largeplateletrateLPR)高于对照,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),血小板计数(plateletcountPC)、血小板压积(plateletcritPCT)两者比较无变化。结论青年脑梗死患者血小板参数中PDW、MPV、LPR明显增高,提示血小板处于活化状态,为指导临床预防、诊治青年急性脑梗死提供简便可行的依据。
Objective To study the variations and clinical significance of the parameter of platelet of patients in the youth＇s acute cerebral infarction, Methods Parameter of platelets were measured using automatic blood analyzer in all patients of the group with youth＇s acute cerebral infarction and a control group of healthy same-age and same sex subjects. Results Comparing the data with control group＇s, PCT and PC had no significance. PDW, MPV and LPR of the group with youth＇s acute cerebral infarction show significant deviation from the control group. Conclusion The patients with youth＇s acute cerebral infarction show significant increase in their PDW, MPV and LPR, this shows that the platelet was active and provides a simple guideline to the prevention and treatment of youth＇s acute cerebral infarction.
