摘要
目的以血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)为例,探讨适合该实验室的生物参考区间。方法参照美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)C28-A2文件推荐方法,收集506例健康参考个体,通过统计分析,试验验证,建立适合该实验室的参考区间。结果 PDW在不同性别、不同年龄段组间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),可以合并参考区间。新建立的参考区间为10.2～18.2。用200例健康体检者的数据对新建立参考区间进行验证,落在区间外的占1%。结论新建立的参考区间适用于该实验室。
Objective To establish the biological reference interval for our laboratory , taking platelet volume distribution width as example. Methods According to （NCCLS） C282 A2,the platelet volume distribution width levels in 506 healthy individuals were determined and analyzed to establish the biological reference interval. Results The results between male and female or in different age groups showed no statistical significance, the reference interval of PDW was （10. 2-18. 2）. Using the datas of 200 healthy individuals to verifieate the new reference interval,only 1% was not in the interval. Conclusion The newly established reference interval is available for our laboratory.
