摘要
目的 :观察用针刀疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征的疗效。方法 :选择本症 116例按抽签法随机分成针刀治疗组和局部封闭治疗组 ,按方案进行对比治疗观察。结果 :针刀治疗组优良率 95 % ,明显优于局部封闭治疗组 5 8.9% ,其组间差别有显著临床意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :针刀疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征的方法独特 ,易于掌握 ,疗效满意 。
Objective: To observe the effect of postoperative syndrome of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by needle-knife therapy. Method: We divided 116 cases into two groups randomly, the needle-knife group and the local blocking group, and compared their effects after treatment by different remedies. Result : The perfect and good rate of needle-knife group was 95%, superior to the local blocking group in which it was 58.9% (P<0.01). Conclusion : The needle-knife treatment for postoperative syndrome of lumbar disc protrusion is very distinctive, and easy to be mastered, with satisfied effect ,worth spreading clinically.
