摘要
目的:研究对腰椎间盘突出症术后患者采取中药热敷护理的临床护理效果。方法:选择本院2014年入院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,按照入院先后顺序分为护理组与对照组。所有患者接受手术治疗后,对照组实施一般护理,护理组实施中药热敷护理,比较两组患者护理后临床治疗总有效率、腰痛评分及护理满意度。结果:护理组患者护理后治疗总有效率和护理满意度分别为96.7%、93.3%,均高于对照组的76.7%和70.0%;护理组腰痛得分(2.5±1.8)分,低于对照组的(3.9±3.2)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症术后患者采取中药热敷护理能提高患者治疗总有效率,减轻患者病痛,临床效果显著,值得医学推广。
Objective： To study the clinical nursing efficacy of herbal fomentation in protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc after postoperative care. Method： 60 patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc in our hospital in 2014 were chosen and divided into nursing group and control group according to the order of admission. After all the patients received surgical treatment, the control group was treated with ordinary nursing while the nursing group received nursing of herbal fomentation. The effective rate, lumbago rating, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Result： After treatment, the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the nursing group was 96.7% and 93.3%, respectively, which was higher than 76.7% and 70.0% of the control group. Moreover, the lumbago rating of the nursing group was （ 2.5 ±1.8 ）, which was lower than （ 3.9 ＋ 3.2 ） of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： After treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, nursing of herbal fomentation can improve the total effective rate in the clinical treatmeht and relieve the pain of the patients. The clinical effect is significant so that it is worth medical promotion.
