作为一种天然的生物表面活性剂,磷脂系列产品具有广泛的生活及工业用途,本文介绍了磷脂的组成及分子结构的特点,着重综述了磷脂的营养、生理功能、磷脂的应用、磷脂生产的研究和发展的趋势.
As a natural nutriment, phospholipid is applied in daily life and industry. In this paper, the character of molecular structure of phospholipids and usage were introduced. The properties, preparation and the development of phospholipids industry were reviewed.
