摘要
目前我国各地小学正在开设英语课程,这是外语界的一件喜事,但我国小学英语师资的现状却无法令人满意,教师数量少,素质不高。需通过培养、培训、引进以及小学英语教师的自我学习,自我提高等途径来解决。
It's good for the foreign languages world in China to set up English course in primary schools. Yet, the present situations are not satisfactory. Neither the number nor the qualities of English teachers are pleasant. To deal with the situations,we must train and import more qualified English teachers for the primary schools. Besides, English teachers should improve their knowledge and teaching skills by self-study.
