摘要
小学英语课程实施过程中的问题主要是学校内部人力资源缺乏,教师流失严重。解决这些问题的对策是:树立正确的教育理念;加强对小学英语教师的人文关怀;关注他们的生命、生存和成长。
The problems which usually occur in the course of primary school English teaching are as follows： the shortage of personnel resource, the lack of the software and hardware equipments needed for English teaching, and English teachers＇ turning to other occupation, etc. The countermeasures to theses problems lie in the forming of correct educational concepts, the establishing of a scientific teaching evaluative system and the emphasizing on the humane concern towards primary school English teachers-concern for their lives, living and growth.
