摘要
分析了高速主动磁轴承系统对数据采集系统的基本需求,讨论了基于Windows平台的利用虚拟设备驱动程序捕捉实时硬件中断的技术在高速数据采集方面的应用,具体内容包括:介绍了系统的硬件结构,并利用调用动态链接库的方法编写了相应的数据采集程序。最后通过对AMB的实际测试结果,验证了该系统的可靠性和有效性。
In this paper,the basic requirements of the AMB(active magnetic bearing)control system are analyzed,and the application of using VxD to high-speed data acquisition by capturing the real-time interrupt on Windows platform is discussed,which includes the presentation of system structure and the data acquisition program with the method of calling the DLL(Dynamic Link Library).At last,the system is proved to be reliable and effective with the actual testing result of the AMB system.
