摘要
数据采集的快速性和实时性是钢管在线检测系统的关键,本文基于 FIFO技术设计高速数据采集板,并在此基础上利用编写虚拟设备驱动程序的方法实现了Win9x下的高速实时数据采集,有效地解决了钢管缺陷漏磁检测的数据采集问题,同时实现了对钢管缺陷信号进行实时采集和跟踪分析,对比实际探伤缺陷特性曲线与试验样管特性曲线,标记缺陷的位置和相对峰值大小,从而达到钢管检测的目的。
Real-time and high-speed data acquisition is vital in pipe magnetic flux leakage inspection( MFL), via the first in first out (FIFIO) technology ,we design the high-speed data sampling board, the real-time data ac-quisition with VXD in windows operating system is applied to pipe MFL inspection, the analysis, storage of defect signals and the locations of the defects are displayed in graphs clealy, the results are reliable and effective.
