摘要
对28例无心血管病症状的糖尿病和27例正常人进行动态心电图(DCG)和信号叠加心电图(SAECG)检查,并对照分析。结果表明糖尿病组无症性状心肌缺血检出率为10.7％,心律失常较多见,晚电位阳性率为10.7％,两组间差异显著。其原因可能与糖尿病心脏血管病变和心肌代谢紊乱有关。
28 patiens with diabetes mellitus who had symptom of cardiovascular diseases and 27 healthy controls were detected by Holter mornitoring and sigral averaging FCG, and were compared. The result revealed diabetes mellitus group had 10.7% silent myocardial ischemic and arrhythymia was more in diabetes mellitus group than in healthy controls. Mo(?)cover, late potentials were observed to have striking difference between the two groups which may be caused by microangiopathy anb metabolism disorder.
