本文对104名正常人进行信号平均心电图检测。各参数正常值为:ORS_T:75～112ms;LAS 40≤39ms,有年龄差异;RMS_(40)≥19μV。
Signal-averaged electracardiogram (SAECG) is commonly used for the study of ventricular late potentials recently, but there is no generally recognized criteria of positive late potentials. SAECG was studied in 104 normal subjects (56 males, 48 females, 10-66 years of age with an average of 44) divided into five groups by age. The criteria of late potentials were estimated. The results were as follows: QRS and LAS40 showed normal distribution, the normal values presented by mean ±1.96 SD were: QRS: 75-112 msec for all subjects, 79-114 msec for males and 73-107 msec for females. LAS40:≤39 msec, there were significant differences between different age groups: 20-29:≤34 msec, 30-39:≤41 msec, 50-49:≤41 msec. 50-59:≤36msec, 60-69:≤39msec. RMS40 showed dispersed abnormal distribution. The lower limit was 19μV presented by the fifth percentile. There was no significant difference in RMS 40 between different age and sex groups. We propose that the presence of any two abnormal parameters of SAECG might be taken as postitive criteria of late potentials regardless of sex and age.
