摘要
采用前列腺增生模型 ,实验观察前列散瘀胶囊对实验性大鼠及小鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用 ,结果发现前列散瘀胶囊能明显抑制前列腺增生 ,减小大鼠前列腺体积、湿重 ,降低大鼠的睾酮水平 ,提高大鼠的雌二醇水平 ,抑制前列腺小叶增生 。
The author observed the inhibition action of Qianliesanyu Capsule to hyperplasia of prostate in experimental model of rats. It discovered that Qianliesanyu Capsule has a significant inhibition action to hyperplasia of prostate, which decreasing the volume and wet weight of the prostates and the testrone level of rats, improving the aquadiol level, inhibiting the lobular hyperplasia of prostate gland. It concluded that Qianliesanyu Capsule can prevention and treat to hyperplasia of prostate caused by testosterone propionate.
