摘要
目的:探讨防治前列腺增生症药物筛选方法。方法:通过整合各研究文献对前列腺增生症病因病机的认识,综述近10a来防治前列腺增生症药物的有关文献,总结出药物干预前列腺增生症的各种途径。结果:提出建立与临床更接近的前列腺增生症的动物模型,为进一步筛选前列腺增生症治疗药物和开发新药提供思路,并为相关临床研究提供新的思路和方法。结论:总结出防治前列腺增生药物的筛选方法。
Objective：To investigate the screening method of treatment of prostatic hyperplasia drug.Method：through the integration of the research literature on benign prostatic hyperplasia knowledge of etiology and pathogenesis,summary drug research of prevention and treatment of prostatic hyperplasia in the last ten years,,summarizes the a variety of ways of pharmacological interventions for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Results：This paper puts forward the animal models of establishment and clinical closer to the prostatic hyperplasia,for further screening prostatic hyperplasia therapeutic drugs and development of new drugs to provide ideas,and provide new ideas and methods for the relevant clinical studies.Conclusion：Summarize the screening method.Of prevention and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia drug.
