摘要
目的: 观察前列散瘀胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生 (BPH)的临床疗效. 方法: 72例BPH患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组 40例,口服前列散瘀胶囊,对照组 32例,口服癃闭舒, 观察治疗前后患者的排尿症状评分、生活质量指数、前列腺体积、最大尿流率和膀胱残余尿量的变化。 结果: 治疗组总有效率为 92. 5%,对照组为72. 5%,两者比较,差异有显著性(P<0. 01),且治疗组在减轻排尿症状、改善生活质量、提高最大尿流率和减少膀胱残余尿量等方面,疗效优于对照组(P<0. 05),而两者在缩小前列腺体积方面作用不明显 (P>0. 05)。 结论:前列散瘀胶囊为治疗BPH的有效药品。
Objective: To observe the clincal efficacy of Qianlie Sanyu Capsule on benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods: Seventy-two patients with BPH were randomly divided into a treatment group (40 patients) and a control group (32 patients), the former treated by Qianlie Sanyu Capsule and the latter by Longbishu. Observationa were made on the changes of the patients' urination' symptoms, living quality, prostatic volume, Qmax uroflowmetry and excel urine before and after treatment. Results: The total efficacy rates were 92.5% in the treatment group, and 72.5% in the control group. Comparison between the two groups showed significant difference (P< 0.01). The urination symptoms, living quality, Qmax uroflowmetry and the excel urine were better improved in the Qianlie Sanyu group than in the Longbishu. There were significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.05), but none in reducing effect on the prostatic volume. Conclusion: Qianlie Sanyu Capsule is an effective drug for BPH.
