摘要
本试验主要研究了废旧新闻纸脱墨浆的FAS漂白工艺及其影响因素,探讨了FAS用量、NaOH和FAS用量比、浆浓、漂白温度、时间及螯合剂对纸浆白度的影响。结果表明影响废旧新闻纸脱墨浆漂白效果的影响顺序为FAS用量>NaOH用量>浆浓>温度;废旧新闻纸脱墨浆FAS漂白的最佳工艺条件为:FAS用量0.6%、NaOH用量0.3%、浆浓10%、温度70℃、时间60min。在此条件下纸浆白度可达57.92%,可满足再生新闻纸的白度要求。
FAS bleaching and bleaching factors of ONP were studied in the paper, the result showed that the sequence of bleaching factors was usage of FAS, usage of NaOH, consistency and temperature; and the optimum bleaching conditions were FAS 0.6%, NaOH 0.3%, consistency 10%,temperature 70℃,bleaching time 60min. The whiteness of pulp was up to 57.92% at the optimum condition, and could be used in producing newspaper.
