摘要
研究了废旧书刊纸脱墨浆FAS和H_2O_2的漂白工艺,探讨了H_2O_2用量、FAS用量对漂白的影响,同时对FAS和H_2O_2漂白工艺进行了对比。试验结果表明:NaOH对FAS和H_2O_2都有比较大的影响;重金属离子对FAS漂白影响不大;废旧书刊纸脱墨浆采用FAS和H_2O_2漂白,白度分别可达72％(SBD)和77％,可满足使用要求。
FAS and H2O2 bleaching technique were studied in this paper, discussed the dosage of H2O2 and FAS influence on bleaching, and compared the bleaching technique of H2O2 with that of FAS. The result showed that NaOH had great influence on H2O2 and FAS bleaching, heavy metal ion had no effect on FAS bleaching and their bleaching pulp can meet with making book paper.
