摘要
教师角色的内涵是随历史的发展而变迁的 ,是从一元化向多元化方向发展的。当今社会发展、教育发展的趋势 ,要求教师角色多元化。本文分析了目前我国教师角色的现状 (即仍以知识传递为主 ) ,指出 ,教师角色的培养 ,其内涵的丰富、完善和发展 ,是通过教师教育来实现的 ,要改变目前我国教师角色现状 ,适应社会发展要求 ,必须进行教师教育改革。
s:The meaning of the teacher's role is changed all the time as the history develops,from sole direction to multi directions.And multi-directional role from the teachers is highly requested now by the trend of the present social and educational development.This essay firstly analyses the present situation of the teacher's character in China,which is mainly the transferring of knowledge to the students;and then point out that all the development,improvement and enrichment of this purpose ,have to be done by the only way of further education to the teachers;Finally,the reform to the teacher's education must be carried out accordingly,so that it will improve this present situation in China,and satisfy the need of the social development.
