摘要
通过制O2 -、·OH、LPO的生成体系研究了 5种蒙药清除和抑制O2 -、·OH、LPO的作用。其清除和抑制自由基能力的顺序是地锦草→蓝盆花→芯芭→广枣→多叶棘豆。这些药物的药理作用可能与清除自由基有关。
Effects of five kinds of traditional Mongolian Drugs in scavenging and inhibiting O - 2·OH、LPO were studied by their relevant production system. The effect showed was in turn that herba euphorbiae→fractus Flos scabiosae→herba Cymbariae→fructus Choerospondiatis→herba Oxytropiis myriophyllae as the result, The pharmacological action of these drugs could have relation to scavenging freeradicals.
