利用钒(Ⅴ)对间-三氟甲基偶氮羧褪色反应的阻抑作用测定痕量钒 被引量:5

摘要 基于HOAc NaOAc中 ,钒 (Ⅴ )对溴酸钾氧化间 三氟甲基偶氮羧褪色有阻抑作用 ,建立了测定痕量钒 (Ⅴ )的新方法。方法的检出限为 0 .90 μg·L- 1,钒 (Ⅴ )量在 0~ 9.0 0 μg·L- 1范围内遵守比耳定律。用于水样和人发中痕量钒的测定 ,结果满意。 The color fading oxidation reaction of carboxyazo TFM by potassium bromate was found to be inhibited by the presence of trace amounts of vanadium(Ⅴ) in a NaOAc HOAc buffer medium of pH 5. Linear relationship between the difference in absorbances (Δ A ) in the presence and absence of V(Ⅴ) and the concentration of vanadium(Ⅴ) was held in the range of 0 to 9.00μg·L -1 of V(Ⅴ). The absorbance was taken at 550nm, which is the absorption maxima of carboxyazo TFM. This method has been applied to the determination of vanadium(Ⅴ) in human hair and lake water. RSD′s ( n =6) found were less than 1.8%. Recoveries were found in the range of 98 9% to 101.7%.
