摘要
新建本科院校是我国高等教育中的一支生力军,肩负着实现高等教育大众化和提高国民素质的重任。其办学定位应重视对后发优势理论的借鉴,走差异化、服务于地方的发展之路。
Newly--established undergraduate colleges are fresh blood to higher education in China, which shoulder heavy responsibilities for popularizing higher education and improving national quality. Their location should pay much attention to studies of ＂theory of newly-developed advantages＂ and adopt the strategy of divergency and serving regional development.
