摘要
目的:探讨显色剂间氯偶氮安替比林(MCAA)分光光度法同时测定铜和钴的方法。方法:在pH 8.5氨-氯化铵缓冲溶液中和十二烷基磺酸钠存在下,采用间氯偶氮安替比林光度法同时测定样品中铜和钻的含量。结果:铜和钴与间氯偶氮安替比林分别形成稳定的蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长分别为603 nm和621 nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.40×104L·mol-1·cm-1和2.84×104L·mol-1·cm-1,铜和钴含量分别在0~12 μg/10ml和0~14 μg/10ml范围内符合比尔定律。结论:该法用于水样和健康人体的冻干血浆中铜和钴的同时测定,结果满意。
Objective: A spectrophotometric method for simultaneous determination of copper and cobalt with m-Chloro-azo-antipyrine(MCAA) was studied. Methods: In pH 8. 5 NH4C1-NH3 medium and in the presence of Sodium laurye surfonate, it was applied to simultaneous determination copper and cobalt with MCAA. Results: Copper and cobalt respectively formed blue complex with MCAA, which had absorbance maximum at 603 nm and 621 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2. 40 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1 and 2. 84 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1. Beer's law is obeyed for copper and cobalt in the range of 0~12 μg/10 ml and 0~ 14 μg/10 ml. Conclusions: The present method has been used to direct determine copper and cobalt in water and in plasma of human body with satisfactory results.
