摘要
本文应用适应卡尔曼滤波分光光度法同时测定了复方扑热息痛注射液各组分的含量,扑热息痛、安替比林的平均回收率分别为100.4%和100.2%,变异系数分别为0.72%和1.28%,结果优于常规卡尔曼滤波法。适应卡尔曼滤波法为相互干扰的多组分体系直接测定提供了一种新的方法。
Adaptive Kalman Filtering Spectrophotometry has been developed for simultaneous determination of paracetamol and antipyrin contained in Compound injection of paracetamol. The average recoveries(%) were 100, 4 and 100, 2. The coefficvients of variation(%)were 0.70 and 1.28. The results of Adaptive Kalman Filter were better than those of ordinary Kalman Filter. Adaptive Kalman Filter has provided a new approach to determine the concentrations from overlapped spectral data without any preliminary chemical separation.
