紫外-可见分光光度法测定鱼腥草注射液中聚山梨酯80的含量 被引量:3

Content Determination of Polysorbate 80 in Yuxingcao Injection by UV-visible Spectrophotometry

摘要 目的:建立测定鱼腥草注射液中聚山梨酯80含量的方法。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法,依据聚山梨酯80结构中的聚乙氧基与硫氰酸钴铵反应可形成蓝色络合物并可溶于二氯甲烷的特点,以水为空白,在623.50nm波长处进行测定。结果:聚山梨酯80检测浓度线性范围为0.053~0.530mg·mL-1(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.38%,RSD=1.04%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单易行,准确、可靠、稳定、专属性强,可用于鱼腥草注射液的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for content determination of polysorbate 80 in Yuxingcao injection. METH- ODS: The content of Yuxingcao injection was determinated by UV-visible spectrophotometry at the detection wavelength of 623.50 nm using water as blank control based on the blue complex that was the reaction product of polyethoxy of polysorbate 80 and am- monium cobalt thiocyanate, which can dissolved in dichloromethane. RESULTS: The linear range of polysorbate 80 was 0.053~0.530 mg·mL^-1 (r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 100.38% (RSD=1.04%, n=9). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, easy, accurate, reliable, stability and exclusive, and it is suitable for the quality control of Yuxingcao iniection.
