摘要
猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒 (PRRSV)是严重危害养猪业的一种较新的重要病原。近年来国内外学者对其研究不断深入 ,在病毒分子生物学方面取得了重要进展。PRRSV基因组的结构与功能得以明确 ,基因组所编码的蛋白及蛋白结构和 PRRSV的基因变异进一步得以认识。此外 ,PRRSV与其它病原体之间的相互作用愈来受到重视 ,关于此方面的研究也不断增多。这些研究为 PRRS疫苗的设计及制定全面。
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) is a newer pathogen of pigs which has severely hazarded the industry of raising swine.In recent years,the worldwide scholars have been deeply studing PRRSV and have gotten an important progress on molecular biology.The structure and function of the genome of PRRSV have been clearly recognized.The kinds and structure of the viral proteins coded by genome and gene variation of PRRSV have been revealed step by step.In addition,the interaction between PRRSV and other pathogens is gradually emphasized and the researchs in this area continue to increase. These studies offer a scientific basis for the design of vaccine and the prevention and therapy of PRRS.
