本文从PRRSV的分类地位及分型、形态特征、抵抗力、培养特性、基因组结构、亚基因组RNA、结构蛋白以及PRRSV对猪感染的免疫应答。
The status of classification,typing,resistance,cultivation characterization,structure of genomes and subgenomic mRNAs,structure protein of procine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) were summarized.Additionally,immune reaction to infected swine by PRRSV,and research of antigen and vaccine were also discussed.
