摘要
研究了诱导酵母子囊孢子产生的营养条件。在氮源缺乏条件下 ,单独的乙酸盐可以诱导酵母菌子囊孢子的产生 ,在葡萄糖配合下 ,丙酸钠、草酸钠、柠檬酸钠等羧酸盐皆可以诱导子囊孢子产生 ,蛋白胨和过量的微量元素抑制子囊孢子的产生。
This paper reports the nutritional conditions affecting yeast's ascospore formation. with the insufficient nitrogen source in the medium, the acetate may induce the ascospore formation, but the propanate, oxatate, citrate may not unless given some glucose. The peptone and excessive trace elements in the medium will inhibit the yeast's ascospore formation.
