摘要
采用超声波法、甲苯法、乙醇—氯仿法及蜗牛酶裂解法进行了蜡状芽胞杆菌的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)提取试验,并用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定SOD的活性。结果显示,蜡状芽胞杆菌中含有SOD。超声波法和甲苯法可以从该菌中提出SOD,而乙醇—氯仿法及蜗牛酶裂解法则未能提出SOD。
Exraction of Superoxide dismutase(SOD)from Bacillus cereus was perfored by using ultrasonic wave, tolucne ethanal-chloroform and snailase enzymolysis methods,and the SOD activity was mcasured by pyrogallal antoxidation method. The results showed that Baeillus cereus contaions SOD and the SOD could be extracted from the microorganisms by the ultrasonic wave and toluene treatments but not by the ethanalchlorofrom and the snailase enzymolysis methods.
