摘要
文章从理论上对双轴振动成型机的动力学特征及其参数进行了分析、计算,认为调整成型机的频率、振幅等参数,使抛掷系数D为4.6~6.36可达到最佳工作状态;同时对成型模固定方式及重锤比压等对整个系统及产品质量的影响进行了讨论。
The dynamical characteristics and parameters of double-axis vibro-forming machine were analyzed and calculated, The machine can be set in its best working condition by adjusting the working frequency and amplitude of the machine and making the throwing index 'D' within 4.60~6.36. The influence of specific pressure on weight and the fixing of the shaping mould on the whole system and the quality of the products was discussed
