摘要
应用PRO-Ⅱ软件模拟计算饱和热水塔的工作状态。计算结果表明,控制系统循环水量、增加饱和热水塔的填料理论板数、控制热水塔出口变换气温度、控制较低的汽气比均可使饱和热水塔更高效地回收热量。
Analog computation is carried out of the operating conditions of the saturator-hot water column by the use of the PRO-Ⅱ software. The computation result shows that the control of the quantity of the circulating water in the system, an increase in the number of theoretical plates of packing columns, the control of the exit temperature of the shift effluent from the hot water column and the control of the steam-gas ratio at a lower level will all cause the saturator-hot water column to recover heat more efficiently.
