摘要
本文对用振动成型方法生产石墨电极的可能性进行了讨论,并对振动成型方法和挤压成型方法生产的石墨电极的有关物理—机械性质作了比较,认为,振动成型方法生产的石墨电极具有较高的体积密度,其轴向电阻率与挤压成型的石墨电极相比大致相同。
The Vibro-moulding method for graphite electrode production has been discussed in this paper. The physical and mechanical properties of graphite electrodes made by both Vibro-moulding and extrusion are given, It has been approved that the graphite electrodes made by vibro-moulding method possess higher bulk density and almost the same axial electric resistivity as ccmpared with graphite electrodes made by extrusion.
