摘要
从几种天然植物组织中提取出水溶性成分 ,通过化学方法分析了它们的混合物对 Fenton反应体系中所产生的羟自由基的清除活性 ,并通过动物实验确定它们对小白鼠机体的抗氧化作用。结果表明 ,这几种植物提取物对羟自由基具有很强的清除作用 ,可降低四氯化碳诱发自由基对小白鼠造成的肝损伤 ,明显的提高其肝脏、血清 SOD活性或降低 MDA含量 ,显示出它们所具有生物抗氧化作用。对小鼠肝脏 ,食品提取物的羟自由基清除活性与它们的生物抗氧化作用有明显相关性。
Some natural plants were extracted with water.The hydroxyl radical-scavenging activities of four mixtures of these extracts were thereby analyzed by employing Fenton reaction.The antioxidation of each of these mixtures was verified by animal test.It was found that all four mixtures had strong scavenging activity on hydroxyl radical in vitro.Feeding mouse with extract mixtures might lower final damage on mouse's liver ,which was induced by the injection of CCl 4 into mice.These extract mixtures also had a good antioxidative capacity because SOD level in liver or serum of mouse feeding with extract mixture was increased,meanwhile MDA level was decreased.The antioxidation of extract mixture to mice liver was related to its hydroxyl radical-scavenging activity significantly.
