摘要
该研究以大鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化模式考察了3种白蚁、2种菌圊、1种鸡从菌发酵液和1种以白蚁、菌圊为原料研制的“白蚁补酒”的抗氧化能力，发现部分样品的醇提或水提物的抗氧化能力超过20mg／l的茶多酚。该结论将给白蚁及其相关真菌的食用、药用研究提供新的依据。
This Paper reported the effects on the lipid peroxides in rat liver homogenate of 3 kinds of termites, 2 kinds of fungus combs, 1 kind of fermentative liquid of termitomyce and 1 kind of functional liquor made from termites and fungus combs. It is found that the and ioxid tation ability of some samples exceeded that of 20 mg/l theaflavin. The result will be wseful in the further study on the pharmaceutics of termites and related fungi.
