摘要
从业主方项目管理角度出发,采用纵向和横向的比较分析,结合国内现状,建立工程项目管理的优化模式,把工程咨询分成项目整体策划控制和施工监理2个层次,从而加强国内设计单位的项目介入深度,拓宽国内工程咨询的服务范围,使国内的项目管理更接近国际惯例.
Based on the project management of proprietors, applying the method of vertical and horizontal contrastive analysis, combined with domestic current situation, this paper discusses how to set up optimization patterns of contraction project management so as to divide engineering inquiry into two aspects overall designing control and construction inspect, to strengthen project interposing force of domestic designing units, to enlarge the service range of domestic construction inquiry, thus making domestic project management better approach international practice.
