摘要
企业的战略管理是对企业的战略思想、战略目标、战略重点、战略步骤和战略措施的管理。在企业发展的每一个阶段,企业都面临着许多关系企业命运的战略选择。从建筑行业的发展现状入手进行分析,讨论了建筑业企业战略管理的内容、特点及发展方向,并对建筑业企业战略管理的实施提出了建议。
The film＇s strategy management refers to management the strategy thinking, strategy aim, strategy focus, strategy steps and the strategy actions of the firm. On the each stage of the firm＇ s development, it faces many strategy choices which affects its destination. This paper begins the analysis with the current situation of construction industry; discusses the content, characteristics and develop directions of construction firm＇ s strategy management. Besides that, the paper also gives some constructing suggestions to the realization of strategy management in construction firms.
