摘要
介绍了工程施工阶段的质量管理特点,分析了施工阶段的质量策划控制要点,分别从事前控制、事中控制、事后控制三方面论述了施工阶段的质量管理工作,以保证工程质量水平不断提高。
The paper introduces the quality management features for the engineering construction phase,analyzes the controlling points of the quality planning in the construction phase,and indicates the quality management at the construction phase from the beforehead control,the intermediate control and the afterwards control,so as to ensure the gradual improvement of the engineering quality.
