摘要
通过对黄瓜CucumissativusL.喷施不同浓度的稀土,研究了稀土对黄瓜幼苗某些生理指标的影响。结果表明,喷施适当浓度稀土后,5~125mg·L-1浓度稀土的处理,其根系活力一直在高于对照的水平上逐渐增加,25mg·L-1和125mg·L-1浓度效果最为理想,到第12天时分别为对照的1 4和1 3倍。500mg·L-1浓度的稀土喷施叶面后根系活力一直低于对照,地下部根系的生长受到抑制。25mg·L-1浓度稀土喷施后,幼苗N、P、K含量极显著高于对照,分别为对照的140%、124%和150%,试验说明对黄瓜喷施适当浓度稀土对根系活力的提高及主要矿质元素的吸收具有积极作用。
By spraying different concentration of Rare-earth elements on cucumber seedlings leaves, the effects of Rare-earth elements on some physiological indexes were studied. The results showed that, treated with 5-125 mg·L^(-1) of Rare-earth elements, root activities were higher than the control and promoted high level. Concentration of 25 (mg·L^(-1)) and 125 mg·L^(-1) of Rare-earth elements had obvious influence, root activities were raised to 1.4 and 1.3 times than the control after 12d. Treated with 500 mg·L^(-1), root activity was still lower than the control and formation of root was depressed. Concentration of 25 mg·L^(-1) had promoted the contents of N,P and K markedly and absorption amount of N,P and K were increased to 1.4,1.24 and 1.5 times as high as the control. There are active effects on formation of roots and absorption of main mineral elements when sprayed with proper concentration of Rare-earth elements on cucumber seedlings.
