摘要
用不同浓度的PrCl3浸种油松种子,对油松种子萌发及幼苗生长细胞内代射有明显影响。种子发芽率提高,发芽速度加快,幼苗根系加株高增加,单株增重,根系脱氢酶活性提高,幼苗SOD活性及光合色素含量高于对照。chla/b值相对降低。几种处理浓度中0.5~1.0mmol/L较好。
Chinese pine seeds were socked with various concentration of PrCl 3.The results show that effect of PrCl 3 on cell metabolism is marked. Germination and its rate, tap root, seeding height and weitht are increased. Activities of NADH and SOD, contents of the photosynthtic pigmentsare higher, and chla/b is lower than those of thecontrast, 0/5 ̄1.0mmol/L is better in treatment concentrations.
