超重力处理对甘蓝幼苗抗盐性的影响

摘要 试验以早熟甘蓝8398为材料,以不同超重力、不同时间长度对刚萌动的种子进行处理,用0.7%的NaCl溶液模拟盐胁迫,测定相关的生理生化指标。结果表明:随处理时间的延长,处理超重力的加大,甘蓝的发芽率和发芽指数有不同程度的降低。各个处理的根系活力、游离脯氨酸含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性都显著高于对照(P<0.05),其中3000×g处理显著高于2000×g处理(P<0.05),4000×g处理显著低于3000×g处理(P<0.05);处理组MDA含量均低于对照,3000×g比2000×g处理显著减少(P<0.05),4000×g比3000×g处理显著增加(P<0.05),所以3000×g处理抗盐性高于2000×g处理,4000×g处理抗盐性低于3000×g处理,随处理时间的变化,抗盐性变化规律较复杂。 Early cabbage(Brassica oleracea) 8398 were used as plant material in the experiment,and the germinating seeds were treated with 0.7% NaCl solution for imitating salt stress in different levels of hypergravity and time.The relevant physiological and biochemical indices were determined.The results showed that germination rate and germination index of cabbage were decreased under the conditions of extending the processing time and increasing hypergravity.The roots activity,contents of free proline and activities of superoxide dismulase(SOD) of treatment groups were significantly higher than that of control.The 3000×g's was significantly higher than 4000×g's and 2000×g's lower than 3000×g's significantly.The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) of treatment groups were lower than that of control.The 3000×g's was significantly lower than 4000×g's and 2000×g's was higher than 3000×g's significantly.So the salt-tolerence of 3000×g treatment groups of cabbage was higher than that of 2000×g's and 4000×g's lower than 3000×g's.The regularity of salt-tolerence was complex with the change of time.
