摘要
目的 :了解北京市两院院士口腔卫生状况。方法 :2 0 0 2年 9月对来我院健康体检、年龄 >60岁的院士1 88人的口腔卫生、龋病、牙周病、楔状缺损、牙缺失等情况进行调查研究。结果 :院士们的口腔保健意识大多较强 ,患龋 1 42例 (75 .5 % ) ,平均 2 .68个龋齿。楔状缺损共 2 84颗 ,不同程度牙周疾患 1 0 8例 (5 7.4% ) ,牙缺失者 1 5 8例 (84.0 4% ) ,其中全口失牙 1 4例 (7.45 % )。结论 :老年院士具有较好的口腔保健意识 ,但龋病、牙周病发病率仍很高 ,牙列缺损者众多 ,口腔健康状况不容乐观。
Objective:To investigate the oral heath status of academicians over 60 years old in Beijing. Methods: The oral heath status,including oral hygiene,caries,periodontal diseases,wedge-shaped defect and tooth loss of 188 academicians were investigated and analyzed. Results: There were 142 cases with caries (75.5%),284 teeth with wedge-shaped defect,118 cases with periodontal diseases (62.8%),158 cases with tooth loss (84.04%),14 cases were edentulous (7.45%). Conclusion: Although most academicians had oral hygiene awareness,the incidence of caries and periodontal disease were still high. Many academicians have dental defects. The dental health status of them were not optimistic.
